Why I Published This Collection
The Story Behind Stories Outside the Box: An Electric Eclectic Book
I wrote many of these stories as responses to writing prompts from my writing group or from a Start Writing Fiction class, I took online back in 2016. I tried publishing many of these stories in various publications, but unfortunately, they were rejected for one reason or another. After publishing a few of them on my blog, I got some positive feedback from readers. After spending some time in prayer and contemplation, I decided to publish some of the stories I had written as an eBook, to give readers a taste of my writing style, before I published my full-length novel. Since its publication in July of 2016, Stories Outside the ‘Box has been updated and uploaded to Amazon for a second time. I have also licensed the collection under the Electric Eclectic Books brand and published it on Smashwords

She has also been published in several anthologies. Aside from her work as a Christian fiction author, Ann is a professional freelance writer.
