P.L.’s 100 Booktubers You Should Watch

By October 25, 2025August 25th, 2026No Comments

Booktube is a big part of my reading experience. When I want to know what amazing new books are being released, when I’m looking for hot takes on some of my favourite and not-so-favourite books, or for in-depth, intellectual analysis on aspects of books and writing, simply pure entertainment about book-related stuff, and more, I turn to booktube.

Yes, that corner of YouTube where books are discussed.

Now admittedly I only have time to check out a very small number of book channels, mostly related to Science Fiction & Fantasy books. BookTube is a HUMONGOUS space, and the small corner that I view is only a fraction of what’s out there. (A small number for me, to be clear, means over a 100 channels – there are literally thousands out there.)

Most of the channels I regularly watch are far less than 100,000 subscribers, but the sub count is irrelevant in terms of how much I enjoy them, and how I find them to be must-watch. These are very intelligent, funny, warm, and wonderful people, many of who enjoy very loyal followings be they large audiences or small, some of them have Patreons and have built whole communities that engage with them outside Booktube such as Discord platforms.

This list could have literally been 400 booktubers on this list, but I had to cap it somewhere.

So I’ve listed 100 here, whom if they’re not already on your subscription list, you may wish to push the the little bell, and add them to your regular watching.

I’ve added as short comment about each booktuber in terms of what they offer/why I think they are worth watching.

They are ranked only in my (imperfect) alphabetical order.
